Best Health Practices for Everyone

After being a personal trainer, off and on, for the past few years, and a physical therapist assistant I’ve realized the importance of health. As a personal trainer, I’ve seen how difficult it can be for clients to be healthy, outside of each session. As a physical therapist assistant, I’ve seen older adults who can’t care for themselves. That has led me to do more to help people feel happy and healthy. I have always been interested in health, so in my free time, I would research everything I could about health. When I realized people needed help, before it became too late, I decided to start this blog.

I hope to show people there easy ways to be a healthier person. With this blog, I will talk about a wide range of health topics, so that the word of health can reach everybody. There are so many starting points for a healthy lifestyle that I guarantee you will find a place to start. You may not find every topic interesting, but there will most certainly at least one topic will spark your interest. From changing the way you eat, sleep, exercise, and live your life, this blog will help lead you to the path of wellness.
