1 Rule For Hacking Your Mind To Relieve Stress

It is really hard to be stress-free these days. If you are one that has no stress, PLEASE tell me how you do it! People always think they have to work, work, work, and not take any breaks! That is the right way to do it if you want to run yourself into the ground! You will see great benefits if you do the exact opposite! That is, if you take time off every day, every week, every month for something you truly enjoy then you will have something to look forward to, something that will help you get through the day.

I have found many things that I truly enjoy, that I use to get me through the stressful days, weeks, and months. That has only helped me get through the day, especially through the day doing I job I do not like. I am a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) working in nursing facilities. I say nursing facilities (plural) because I am a traveling PTA that is fortunate enough to travel the country and working. I get through each day, week, and month by doing something I enjoy.

For daily enjoyment, to help me get through the day, I stay positive about my passion and how I will eventually be doing work that is my true passion, and is my purpose. That is, leading millennials to a anxiety-free, stress-free, and digestive-free life so that they can find their passion and purpose in life! I also really do like to READ self-improvement books, health books, and even manga! (Just because it is quicker than watching the anime!

For weekly enjoyment, I take my Saturday and do something outdoors! I have recently taken interest in tennis, only because it is so hard to find places to play ping pong! I like the two sports because they are fast paced, and you’re always moving! I also really like hiking, and just being in nature and relaxing! And for monthly enjoyment…

I treat myself to ice cream! I know that sounds bad as a health coach but there has been a psychological benefit to knowing that I can enjoy something that I love so much, even though it is not typically coined as healthy. It helps me keep a positive attitude through the whole month because I know that if I eat healthy then I get to enjoy the banana ice cream with coconut flakes and Oreo’s

No matter how little or big your enjoyments are you can use them to your advantage to relieve your stress, and have a positive outlook on life! You will be able to take your enjoyments so that you are a healthier person, so that you can be there for the people who need you!
