According to the Google dictionary gratitude is: the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness. Eating some gratitude has been powerful for me, and can do the same for you!
I started to use a gratitude practice a few months ago after I heard more and more people talk about how it has helped them get through some tough times. The people who I heard talk about what they were grateful for were at some serious rock bottoms. I realized that if being grateful could help them, then it could definitely help me, because I really don’t feel like I have had a rock bottom compared to so many other people.
According to Forbes, there are 7 scientifically proven benefits of a gratitude practice: (1)

I can agree, 100%, that I have noticed these benefits! Whether it be writing your gratitudes down on a piece of paper, in your phone, or just “telling yourself, you will be able to see the benefits with your own 2 eyeballs, and maybe even feel them too. “The sooner you eat some gratitude, the sooner you will see the benefits! I found found out it is literally impossible to overeat gratitude, so you don’t have to worry about gaining weight or feeling guilty.
Right now I am thankful for: the ability to be a travel physical therapist assistant, books (I LOVE READING), food (I just tried Lebanese food last night and it was amazing), and baseball!
