“A pineapple a day keeps the worry away” – Unknown
I just want to start out by saying, that I am a fan of smoothies because they are easy, simple, and for the most part quick. A combination of those three make this smoothie, and the other smoothies I recommend, a must for anyone who has a busy lifestyle.
Try very creamy pineapple smoothie, change what you want, but I hope this is a good start for you to begin a healthy lifestyle, so that you can live the way you REALLY want.
1) 1 cup water or other non-dairy drink
2)2 cups cucumbers, chopped
3) 1 cup chopped celery
4) 1 tablespoon fresh basil
5) 1 tablespoon lime juice
6) 1 pinch Himalayan pink salt
7) 1 cup ice
8) 1 scoop bone broth powder (vanilla is my favorite)
*2 tablespoons of chia seeds is a good addition
I usually put the water or non-dairy drink in first so that the blender has an easier time starting. I also chop the veggies and fruit just so the blender has to do less work, as it is a good way to keep the blender longer!
